What yest should I use? I just want to ferment at room temperature (70ish F). I have American Lager as of right now. Going to keg if that matters.

Does the freezer keep the fridge cold? I see people rip them out, but the wire from the controller goes to mibe and there are no fans or anything. Its an older model.
