With a Helles style or pilsner the ph is vital in the mash to achieve the malty flavor we all love about the style. A ph of 5.6-5.7 is ideal for conversion.

Well the local distributors don't want to sell any kegs straight from their hands. I think I will call some frat houses and see if they have and laying around. Looking for 15 gallon sanke if anyone has one I will pay
