    Turbo yeast to make "vodka"?

    Hi I bought some Alcotec 48 Turbo yeast and have it fermenting away nicely with 8kg of sugar in 25lt. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this non-distillary "moonshine" technique and has any tips for it? It says you don't need to add anything else to make a "vodka" but what could I make out...

    A quick cider kit question(s)

    Hi I am thinking of using a cider kit for my second brew, are there any major differences in using a cider kit to a beer or lager extract kit I need to know about? What sort of temperatures will it need (any different to beer/lager) and how long does it take (any longer than the other kits)...

    Hi folks, I have started on what appears to be a more difficult brew thinking all beers are the same lol.
