    Pasteurization clears cider?

Boys, help me...does pastuerization help clear cider? The bottle on the left is noticeably more clear than the bottle on the right. Although the picture does it no justice. This is my first time pasturizing cider, normally I just keep it cold. But I needed these stabilized for a camping...

    Alternatives for rice and corn...

Hey guys... I'd like to know some alternatives for flaked rice and flaked corn... please. I don't want a stuck mash and I am thinking about brewing BM's cream of three crops cream ale today. P.S... even more dumb question, does the flaked corn and rice need to go through the grain mill?

    Bass IPA bottles...

Has anyone encountered a problem reusing Bass IPA to bottle homebrew? I thought they were the same size as all my other bottles, but it seems like the caps sit kind of crooked once you crimp them down. :\ Thank goodness I have reserves of other types... I'm concerned about the bass bottles...

If curiosity doesn't kill my cat... it'll kill me.

Questions.... simply because after all my batches, I know I am set in my ways and I know there are others that do things differently. I'm also asking because if I am ever given the opportunity to do something I have not tried, it's nice to have an example to refer to. #1- If sanitation is...
