    Saison Dupont from Clone Brews

    I am also planning to brew a Saison DuPont clone. According to the Clone Brews book, it calls for Wyeast 3711 French Saison or 3724 Belgian Saison yeast. I never thought to grow yeast from a bottle of Saison Dupont. Can that actually work?

    Indianapolis, I'm impressed.

    I am a native of Noblesville who now lives in the DC area. Dirty Helen is also my favorite brown ale, bar none. I am constructing some clone recipes to try when the weather cools. They give a lot of information on their website. Any suggestions?

    Fruit Trade

    Slightly off topic, but I found frozen Maine wild blueberries at Trader Joes. Domestic blueberries are to wild blueberries as Fruit Flavored Life Savers are to fruit.
