    So our new plan will be to store the bottles at 70F for 3 weeks, then transfer to a fridge for a couple of months.

    We brewed a batch of Vienna Lager. Spent 17 days in primary fermentation, then bottled. It was kept at around 55F during primary, and is bottle conditioning at around 60F.
