7 hours for 15 gal batch start to clean up. Use a Pico system and 2 guy set up. Have had them last 10 because of stuck mash...:mug:

Live in Harper Woods. Detroit water works well. We had been brewing with it close to 20 years. You can easily treat it to match your style you’re trying to achieve. We filter it with a good quality filter. Boil it and cool it , if you have the time, to get that nasty chlorine out helps too...
