    Using different Yeasts. Does anybody do this regularly? I'm asking because I've not used many different strains and thought since I'm brewing 10g batches why not?

    Using Montrachet yeast cake

    I have about one more week left on my first batch of Apfelwein. Could I add another batch right on the yeast cake or should I try to wash it, make a starter?

    Iron in water

    I was wondering what effect iron would have, since my water has a lot of iron. Luckily one mile from my house there is a spring water dealer that I can buy from. Has anyone brewed with iron water?
