Well I thought about that too but, my dads turkey fryer burns a lot louder than mine. Seems like I'm not getting the same pressure output as he is. I'm gunna try messing with the fittings to see if I can find the problem.

I'm in college and for one of my engineering classes our teacher is having us buy an electronics kit and build it. My question is, what is something that I could build for brewing beer? I've thought about a temperature sensor to regulate fermenting temps. I'm just looking for ideas.
