    i want to start kegging my beer instead of bottleing. i had a question or 2. if you are using a co2 to force carb once your done with the fermentation you put it into the keg and seal it is it then ready to serve or do you have to wait a period of time for conditioning or what not. let me...

    max time in secondary, carb tabs

    i can leave beer in the secondary for any length of time correct? also do the carb tabs that you add to the beer work well? any kind of off flavor? also do these require the yeast to still be alive? or work a different way? if i leave my beer in secondary for a month will i have to worry...

    fruit puree- carbination

    im adding a fruit puree to secondary will this affect the amount of priming sugar for carbination in bottles? if so is there a table or formula to use?
