Thanks for the advice. The Mexican Amber does sound good but I was wondering if that would be closer to Dos Equis Amber or Negra Modelo? Both would be an upgrade over a Corona-tasting beer though in my opinion.

Hi everybody. I have a question for anyone who has brewed the North Rim Wheat extract kit from HBO (HomeBrewers Outpost). Does anyone know what the FG should be for this brew? I know the OG is supposed to be around 1.044 but I cannot find anything about the final gravity reading. Any help...
