    So how long do u think i should let it sit in secondary? since its not in lagering temp should i let it sit longer?

    mine was a kit as well and it had lager yeast in it. but on the directions inside it said that you can lager at ale temps. But like he said it will prolly just taste different.

    I recently bought a small stand up freezer at a rummage sale. and I had heard they make the best keggarators. But, just as a test, I put my thermometer in there and put it on its warmest setting. when i pulled it out it was below 20 degrees. wouldnt that freeze the beer in the keg? Just...

    I used Dole Frozen Mixed Berries. just thawed them out and threw them in.... But i have heard from others that u should prolly boil the fruit to kill any thing that might be in it. I didnt, and mine turned out pretty good. but i prolly will next time.

    I just used frozen mixed berries. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. I just thawed them out and mashed them and dumped them in. seemed like a good idea at the time. but that film just doesnt look right

    well i have heard that you dont need too boil the fruit. because the alcohol will kill any bacteria. Is that true? If so, than maybe I will be ok.
