Oh yea, count me in!

I was curious if anyone had tried brewing the New Castle clone recipe from "Brew Your Own" magazine. Seems pretty involved but it would be worth it if it was close to the real thing. I have tried all of the kits that are offered with almost no success at duplicating the New Castle flavor.

If you could only keep 5 different hops in inventory, which ones would offer you the most flexibility for make different beer styles?

I've never used dry yeast before. The 11 gallon recipe calls for 1 pack of Nottingham. Will that be enough or do I need to make a starter with the 1 pack?
