Another batch this Sunday. One last Sunday and then in two weeks a batch of Chocolate Thunder! My Chocolate that I am attempting to perfect. Takes forever to ferment though.

If you are in Cleveland you have got to try the Great Lakes brewing company. They even have a school where they teach you "secrets" about brewing.

All grain is the way to go. Same with the keg system. You'll love it and it'll rock hard!
