First off, are you going to Vancouver WA or BC? That can make a huge difference in your travel plans. Vancouver WA is practically Portland so you have more options there. What is your real itenirary (location and time frame) and we can help you a little more. Lake Chelan is a beautiful place...

I don't know where to start but I would love to play around with some pics, font, ideas, etc and create some logos and labels. Can anyone recommend a novice program to download or buy for cheap? I'm on a PC btw. I am more concerned with the logo or label template-not ready to actually print...

CRAP! I am confused (again)... Per my LHBS: he recommended that after 9 DAYS I needed to decide whether to go to secondary (which he confirmed wasnt necessary) OR bottle it and condition for the next 4 weeks. I had normal brewing conditions (at least that is what I have summized after a bunch...

Thank you all! I will certainly use both until I get confident enough to change. I like the dishwasher door option for bottling as well...that will work perfect and definitely help with mess too!

Couple quick questions before I get goin' bottling my first batch. I am sanitizing my bottles using the hot sanitize cycle on the DW, do I need to remove the swing tops before I wash the rest of the bottle. I would hate to hurt the gaskets... I have 8 24oz and 8 1L swing tops...if I run...
