Three weeks it is! I don't want it to taste homemade

It's still in primary, I have a pilsner on tap already that I brewed a couple weeks a go and it tasted green when I first kegged it. So i'm gonna wait at least until this sunday maybee longer. I'll keep checking sg and taking a sip out or the test tube to see when it taste good.

It will condition in the keg and force carb at the same time right?

Ok so when I get the same sg a couple days in a row I should cold crash the carboy a couple days then keg it? Or should I wait more time before I cold crash it?
