I'm brewing a Bock that requires a primary and secondary fermentation at about 45-50 degrees. I have a room in my house (it's where the heating oil tank is) that stays at a really stable 48-50 degrees. I was thinking it would be a great space to ferment and lager the beer. I'm wondering...
