    Temperature Control

    Hi I am thinking about my next brew, and how to keep the temperature constant during the fermentation stage. Would an imersion heater similar to those use for keeping aquairiums at the reight temp, submerged in the brew be a good idea? Has anyone tried this and found it to be successful...

    Poor Carbonation

    Hi Everyone, I've had my first brew in a keg for almost a month now, and although the taste is improving the beer is not clearing and it has no head. I've checked the keg for leaks around the lid, and there doesn't seem to be any. What can I do? Cheers guys your help is appretiated.

    Cloudy Beer Yeasty Taste

    Hi Can anyone help me? I have had my first brew in a barrel for a week now, but although the pressure inside the barrel is building up, the beer is still not clear, and has a strong yeast taste. Do I need to wait longer or should I try syphoning my beer into another barrel?
