I have a question.. Is anyone adding Yeast to the 2nd stage?
Here is what I've done.
4 Gallons - Apple Juice
2 Lbs Brown Sugar
2 Lbs Fresh Blueberrys
Baking yeast
Started at 1.093 and went to 12.13% in 22 days.
Yesterday - Transferred in to Secondary
