An English Style IPA by Lefthand Brewing. If you get the chance, give it a shot. It's a very nice mellow, hoppy, malty ale. I'm really enjoying the taste of this brew. It has a nice mouth feel and the taste is solid all the way around. Good stuff.:mug:

Well, a few months ago I brewed up an experimental batch using only LME and Honey. Just wanting to see how it would turn out. It pretty much taste like crap.. So, in an attempt to salvage what's left, I was thinking about opening all the beer and putting it back in a fermenter and dry hopping...

Getting ready to brew up another batch of golden goodness, and was wondering what the largest amount of hop pellets you've added to a 5 gallon batch was. What hops were they, and how much did you add?

Had a chance to sample some of this over the weekend. Mighty good beer. It has a different feel than their other brews. I liked it. For now it looks like it's only available in their Folly pack. Give it a try if you get a chance.:mug:

Cleaning up from yesterdays brew I noticed I have a rip in the bag about the size of a quarter. So, I was wondering if I should have my wife try to sew it up or if anyone has a better idea on fixing it. I've only used this bag 3 times and I'd rather fix it if possible as opposed to buying a new...

Picked up 14 cases of clean re-cappable bottles yesterday... The guy I got them from needed them gone as he is moving. So, I was nice enough to take them off his hands. Now I just need to get them filled with beer...:ban:
