    Just had a glass. Didn't taste hideous. Quite dry, a little watery, but good. Still wondering a couple of things: 1. If I wanted to carbonate it, could I just add a cup of honey (I'm working with 5 gallons) when I bottle? Or should I keep it still? I'll defer to other's experience/taste...
