Sweet this is what I used. Came up with 3.25 cups with the wheat which came to about 1/4 cup and 4.5 cups for the 60L which came out to 1/3 cup. Thanks for your help! SWMBO is going to love me for this one!

I am making JAOM, but I am not keen on using the bread yeast. I have several wine yeast laying around, one being Lalvin K1-V116. It has an 12-14% range for alcohol. I am aiming for a semi-sweet mead. You think this yeast will be ok? Better than the bread yeast? Thanks
