It is a 40 gallon from Stout with butterfly valves. But I will only sell the fermentor separate if I can sell the rest of the brewery first.

Just looking at it real quick Your ABV was 11.8. The BJCP calls for 6.5 to 10 I would just back off on the base malt a little. I think the Golden Promise would be good also.Sure would like to try it.

After 3 + years I got my first infection. Might have an ideal where it came from (yeast from a friend)but now my second batch is infected also. Before I brewed I took all valves and pumps a part cleaned and soaked in Star San, Put my counter flow in oven for 1hour @ 375 and ran Star San though...
