What is the proper procedure for botteling after cold crashing? I have herd let it come back to room temp then bottle but I also herd to do it cold so??? Any help would be great thanks

I just brewed this 2 days ago and I can't wait to try it! The only thing different thing was 4.5 lbs of malt vs 4 lbs I didn't notice it until I poured it in and it said 4.5 insted of 4. O well hope it turns out good it smells great!

most homebrew shops also do sell new bottles. think they are $12-$14 for a case... i do what ReeseAllen does and save my bottle from micros

I'm still a newbie but, what temp did you take your readings at? Did you calculate for temp correction? Could be like said above, not enough water.

Hops and berries is a great little shop, very knowledable. It is a pretty small shop, but it's the only one I have been to so I thinks it's worth it.

It's for a 5 gallon brew. How much cherry should he use so it's not overwelming? Also would it be better to put cherries into the secondary or do as the recipe says and put it in the bottling bucket? Thanks for the help guys!!!!

This is why its great to have friends who do the recycling from my town. i got 250+ brown 12 oz bottles sitting in my garage that i didn't pay a penny for. just a good cleaning and de-labeling and they are good to go. if shipping wasn't killer i would ship them to ya.
