I just got a used kegerator that is made for commercial kegs. I am in the process of buying what I need to convert it so I can fit two corny kegs into it, I will probably just keep the single tap for now. Has anybody done this and could give me any advice, stories, or anything about this...
I have done about a dozen partial brews with liquid malt extract from Midwest Supplies. Just placed an order with Northern Brewer, to see what other companies offer. Any thoughts, complaints, or reviews of different brands of liquid malt extract?
I really want to brew a pepper beer and this recipe looks great. How does this beer go over for people that don't necessarily like spicy food. I love it but when I share, ie-fiance, how do you think it will go over for people with a weaker tongue?
I have done about 10 all grains with a general mash of 150 degrees for 60 minutes. For single infusions, can anybody tell me how different temperatures will affect that sweet, sweet wort? Thanks
I am new to the forum and have been brewing for almost a year. I have heard that there is a homebrew club here in New Orleans and checked out their site, but never heard anything. Any members reading this and have a suggestion, let me know. Thanks.
