    Interesting. I also recall seeing that the yeast is from a "popular Belgian brewery", but I hadn't heard about the Tettnang hops. Did you happen to hear this in an interview, or in an article somewhere? I spent ages trying to learn more about the yeast they use, and the hopping for this one...
