    Brew Music

Reggae, Beastie Boys, Everlast are the norm. Sometimes some Deadbolt, but that usually is reserved for a Black IPA session.

Be year's end there will be 5 or 6 breweries within a couple of miles from us in Temecula. Should be great!

We are getting closer. We received approval for our Tasting Room from the city and just got our floors in. The framing has started for the new walls and all the plumbing, electrical and HVAC is about to start up again. Boiler, chiller and glycol should be going in soon too. We also added 4...

    ball valves from home depot

I have used the Home Depot Valves on my whirlpool vessel for a long time. I bought them with a gift card. I always meant to change them over to stainless like the rest of my vessels, but never did. I had no trouble with leaks or temperatures from boiling down to near freezing. I would do the...

    The burner debate.

I use these on my system with the natural gas conversion it. Works well on propane too and not having the roar of a high pressure burner is really nice. http://www.brewmasterswarehouse.com/product/0102184/hurricane-burner-63-5165...

Question for those who use natural gas burners

I have the same burners on natural gas. I have: orifice/valve on the burner <-> yellow flex <-> gas valve It works fine and I guess you can adjust at the gas valve, but I always use the one on the burner. Never has gotten to hot for me to use.

Space heaters work great for fermentation chambers

They work great, been using one for a year or two now. The fan part of it really is the key. Just make sure you use one with the safety switch on the bottom in case it tips over in there.

It is a good thing! Not sure we had any brewers back through the family tree, but my grnadfather work at a hop farm for a while. You can also rearrange the letters and spell 'wines', but that is not nearly as cool as if it could spell beer or ale...

Yes, that is our family Winery. Great to hear that you had great time. Much of my family works there and I am sure you spoke with some of them. The facility is fantastic. Once we are making beer, it will be part of the Weddings and other events. We are going to be having Brewing Bachelor...

Have a minute for a quick reply, can expand later though. I started homebrewing about 1994 and immediately loved it. Brewing continued for a few years and then got put on the back burner when I bought my first house. I should have pursued it then and went to school for it like my uncle did(he...

We have a 7bbl brewhouse, 4 7bbl fermenters, and 2 7bbl brite tanks. We will probably need to upgrade within a year if things go as planned.

Our Facebook page(Wiens Brewing Company | Facebook) is up and we have filed our TTB paperwork. Demolition has started...
