Hi All, I just as in 1 minute ago bought the Corsendonk Monk brown ale clone kit from AHS and am just wondering if anyone has tried this yet and if they enjoyed it. This weekend I tried Corsendonk Brown from the local packy and sure was impressed with this dubble.

That long till bottle time huh. I guess the Hydrometer reading is the only true test if something is ready for the bottle. Good thing I bought another carboy just for this project so I can a least still brew my beer.
