    Just tried my first batch

    I made my first batch of beer. It is a muttons wheat. Turned out AWESOME. I used 3 lbs of muttons dry malt and muttons canned malt in first boil.     hydro reading

    I am making a muntons wheat from can and 3 lbs of dried wheat extract. My batch has been fermenting for 3 days. I just took a reading and it is at 1.030. Does this seem about right? I tasted it also and seems to have a good flavor. It still has an inch or two of foam on top.

    When to put into secondary?

    This is my first batch. I am making a Wheat from a muntons kit. It has been in for 2 days. The foam stopped coming out of the airlock and it seems less active. When would I transfer into the secondary? Thanks
