    Cloudy Beer

    I had a real clean siphon into keg, better than most, the ferment was also clean, that is, the traub settled well and the ale looked good going into the keg. I was surprised how cloudy it got. What ever the reason, after 4th of July weekend, with a bushel of blue crabs, the beer will be history.

    I suppose your correct, I do use a wort cooler, but our tap water is not real cold now, cooling to 75F took about 50 minutes.

    Very clear ale into soda keg, very cloudy ale out. Bass ale copy 3 weeks in primary 5 days in keg @ 20psi 2 days @ 8 psi Ale was suprisingly clear when I trans to keg, very cloudy out. Taste is good 8/10
