I just got done putting the weldless ball valve and thermometer on a retired keg. I filled it up and checked the seals. Everything is good, no leaks. I do have 7 quarts left as dead space. Who a drop tube help with that?

I wanted to be able to monitor the current temp in my Kegerator. I am using a ESP32 and a DS18B20 probe. I have it running great, next is to put it into an enclosure.

UPDATE I set the gap to .028 and ran some more. It is looking better.
