    Recommend me some warm ferments.

    I have brewed 10 batches now in the mid to high 70's because I have no fermentation temp control. Don't anybody yell at me, but except for a couple I haven't even chilled in a tub with icewater or used the wet t-shirt method. I'm sure my beer is going to get a lot better when I find a chest...

    Anybody got a good "Sake" recipe/ process?
