That looks like a really simple way to brew. Heat the water, dough in, close the lid, wait an hour, drain, boil. I like it!

My brewery is in the garage, and my main panel is about 50' away on the back of the house. The brewery will have two 5500 watt elements (1 element running at a time) and 2 pumps. I have a 50 amp spa panel that I will be using. I'd like to get all 50 amps to the garage, but cost is a big issue...
