    looking for a piney hop for IPA, suggestions for recipe

    I made a heffeweizen with the addition of hallertau hops and it put off a real evergreen or "piney" flavor profile in the end product. Maybe that may be an option for you as well.

    Anyone have a good AG Saison recipe

    I brewed a Saison about a month and when i cracked one open to check how it came out there was not very much carbonation at all, flat beer. Did I not let it ferment long enough for the sugars to be eaten by the yeast?

    They have a website for tickets, but they may be sold out now. Craiglist is full of postings of people tryoing to score tickets to the event. There are two sessions and the evening sold out first. Not sure why??

    Proper bottling bucket technique

    This may sound a little corny, but I can't seem to nail down an answer to this. When one is ready to bottle their beer, the priming sugar is added to the bottling process. My question is how much water do I use when boiling with the priming sugar? Is there a general rule of thumb? I'm worried...
