    Polysulfone QDs - flow problems?

    I just put together a new system and incorporated the polysulfone qd's. While moving the liquid from the kettle to the fermenter for the first batch, the qd's got clogged once with some hop and break material. Has anybody drilled out the little cross that is cast into the fittings? I'm thinking...

    Found HBT during several searches on the web. Seems every time I have a question, the answer is here. So, I figured I should probably join... Been brewing for a while and am in the middle of building a new rig. Not much for taking pictures, so I have nothing to offer at the moment. Sorry
