    my bitter reading 2day read 1.012 so i am close to bottling that 1 2 days or so I am gonna have a go at a coopers real ale next then a dark ale is dark ale black beer? I am a fan of black beer not stout thoughis guiness hard to make?:tank:

    may depend on ur air lock u r using i hav two fermenters 2 different airlocks 1 bubbles 1 does not but the 1 that dont still ferments so it still works
