    I am suprised at the lack of interest for this I guess not many people have tryed it? I would also like to try and clone the Broken Halo I like it better than SNPA. SNPA has been on top of my list for years but the Broken Halo has moved above it in my opinion.

    I didnt know it was a blend of hops so I used simcoe because I recall it having a strong citris like taste. But I only had this once.

    You are saying that with mashing you will get a better extraction than steeping? Do you think it would be a noticeable diffrence? :mug:

    I took a gravity reading and it was 1.046?? I dont think the temp correction in beer smith is accurate because this is a higher gravity then what I took after mashing.     Campden Tablet Question

    I use 1/2 a tab for 10 gallons of water. I think the package of 50 tablets is 1 ounce. I have not noticed a stale taste. Not sure what mine are made of they just say Campden tabs on the bag.
