    have i ruined my beer

    Hi ,having my 1st attempt at making some beer(coopers lager). Was following video and didnt see him put any sugar in,so believed it was all in the can. Now realise i should of put some in or another can of coopers! Ive just put 1kg of sugar in the fermenting bin, thing is its been fermenting...

    how much sugar to use?

    Hi, can anyone please tell me how much sugar to use.(in 5 gallons) I have just started my 1st lager(coopers) its been in fermenting bin for 5 days now, i have been going by the how to brew beer video on muntons site and that says to use 3 ounces of sugar, the instructions that came with beer...
