I have picked up some Stone IPA at the HyVee in Des Moines. Not sure if there are any other styles. It will nice to get some more beer selection with the change in the law.
If it were my beer I would wrap it in a new blanket. Still new at this, but I thought that temp flucuation produces more esters? I plan on trying a steam yeast on my next brew,

Have you tried this at a lower fermentation temp? Brewing Classic Styles recommends 62. Just cerious, can't wait to brew it this weekend. Also any idea on water profile?
