It was at room temp ( around 67 - 70 degrees maybe coolor in the closet haha)

So then it is safe to open it to get a sample?

Hi guys I have been a lurker for awhile here. I have been thinking about trying to brew for about a year and finally took the plunge this year for my birthday. I think everything went well other than a boil over >.< . I saw fermentation start happening within 24 hrs, there was much rejoicing...
