    bottling from keg

its a brewpub, not a homebrew liverbuster. all belgian style in 750ml corked bottles. 140-200 bottles/week. lots of work, but the true art of fermentation lies in bottle conditioning. put your priming sugar into the keg shell, then rack you beer into it to get an even mixture. if youre...

    bottling from keg

you'll be fine. are you using 5 or 15 gallon kegs? eitherway, with a counterpressure bottle filler you can remove O2 completely from the bottling run. this is where your beer will get the most oxygenation, so why not replace it with CO2. i do this with all my bottling, 1.5 barrels a week...

    Another 1 bbl brewer

OP, i would get a welder and have him cut the nice 2" valves off the bottom of the tank, patch the holes with a small piece of SS, and reattach the valve to the side of the tank, probalem solved. thats not a hard job for a decent welder.

55gal Stainless Steel Barrel - food grade - TX

I just bought this drum off ebay to use as a fermenter, but it is a hair to wide to fit in my fermentation closet. i just need to resell it i guess, someone surely can use this beast. it weighs 44lbs, closed top with bung. it is not the thicker gauge that some people use for boiling, but...

I have a 60 Qt SuperBrew-Pot(megapot) that i recently purchased from Austin Homebrew Supply. Keezer Kontamination issues

i put a tub of damp rid with a false bottom, as per instructions, in there after i cleaned everything. so far so good, its definately clumping up and absorbing moisture. i was worried about the bits of mold that are in the grove around the lid/oring of my corny kegs. there was definately...
