    Thank you for your response, I have bottled it now. I tried half a glass earlier to be the guinea pig as some of it was going to family and didnt want to make them sick! It was a little tart but not overwhelmingly so.

    Hi thanks for the response, no I didnt use any sulfites. There was a lot of conflicting advice when I was reading up on it and just went with the juice from my apples and some wine yeast. Was fine around a week ago, gutting if its all gotta be chucked! It takes some effort 😂
