I was a BMC guy all the way until I moved to Atlanta. I went to Sweetwater and tried everything on tap. I think I hated the first sip of each beer, but I fell in love with each one, especially the IPA, by the end of the glass. Never looked back.
I know I'm doing a bit of ressurecting here, but I just wanted to be clear on part of this recipe. You threw the molasses in along with the malt during boil right? Have you made any personal changes to this recipe recently that you can recommend. I hope to get this going tonight or tomorrow. Thanks!
Looks great. Actually, inspiring. So, could you post the model number of that GE fridge? Does the lack of air space in their affect how cold it can get? I know you haven't tested it much, but maybe someone else knows.
