Hi everyone, as the title suggests I am brand new to fermenting and brewing, and extremely interested in making cider. I just started my first batch of cider a week ago, and I am hoping and praying it’s gonna turn out well.
Same, I thought most people kept it in secondary for up to a few months, not a few years. I have heard about ciders just going bad over time, I wonder if that’s it. This is all assuming the dates not a typo.
