Hello. I got into home brew a couple years ago and got the itch to start up again. I've mostly done mead and simple wines. Looking to do some bottle carbonation in the future. My favorite brew to date was a ginger hibiscus mead.
I started a cider 8 days ago it fermented out well. Lots of airlock action and bubbles. I have not opened ther fermenter but I saw this on the side of the fermenter and it has me worried about mold infection. I used bottled apple juice and did not add sugar.
