    no i didnt check the gravity People who make mead add energizer every week or so to get alcohol up to20% plus This pillsner kit was old came out dark and the taste was off So i didnt mind trying something diferent Your right i think i will wait it out

    I berwed this pillsner about two weeks ago It was one of these prehopped Glen brew kits and went like an animal in primary Once i switched two secoundary it slowed way down on week #two it had stoped so i added yeast energizer it took off and now im wondering can i do the same with my german...
