Left malt extract in car overnight!

Oops! Picked up a new kit just yesterday, and somehow left the malt extract in the car overnight. I was half expecting it to have explode d out o its 1/2 gallon jug and oozed all over the carpet, but luckily no! But question is, with 95 degree temps at 8 pm last night, is this LME no good...

    Flat Mini-keg...any tips?

I don't use DME, but corn sugar for priming. 1.5 TBSP per mini-keg. I rolled my new mini-kegs quite a bit more this time...hopefully that will help. D

    Flat Mini-keg...any tips?

Thanks for the bung test, I'll definately do that. I created two mini-kegs tonight, and lubed the bungs with Keg-lube (didn't the first time)...we'll see if that helps. I also shook them a bit..to try and dissolve the priming sugar better. I'm thinking that maybe rotating the kegs a bit...

    Flat Mini-keg...any tips?

Flat Mini-keg HELP! Message: Okay...did my first mini-keg experiment...got my Philtap...First one dispenses like a champ...but damn! Flat as heck! I didn't have keg lub when I bottled the mini-keg, and was worried about that... But everything seemed to go well. Did the 1.5TSP in the...

Did I ruin my first batch of beer? (Stuck Fermentation panic)

Moved it to a secondary when the "pressure" level in the airlock settled...(remember, no bubbling indications, just a pressure offset) Anyhow, it all went well. Seemed to ferment just fine, My starting gravity was 1.054, my ending 1.012. It's been two days in the secondary, I'll check...

Going the Mini-keg route: Philtap or Party Star

Don't waste my time with Mini-kegs? That's what that thread seems to say. I've weighed the pros and cons of both Minikegs and Corny's...or regular kegs...and its' a no brainer. I simply don't have the space for anything larger than a Mini-keg...nor the need. So for me, it's an...

Going the Mini-keg route: Philtap or Party Star

ust curious...anyone have experience with both? Full size or even 3 Keg systems just won't work for me size wise. I don't throw "keggers" (at least not anymore! ;) and about 1-2 minikegs is about all my family consumes at our parties...tops. I kinda like the idea of not having a picnic tap...

Did I ruin my first batch of beer? (Stuck Fermentation panic)

Giving the fermenter a shake...I get bubbles out of the airlock...but they only last for about 5 minutes.. But uh-oh, sounds like shaking it was bad ...making the beer a bit more bitter (it's a belgian white) So now I guess I just play the waiting game? I don't think my airlock is going...

Did I ruin my first batch of beer? (Stuck Fermentation panic)

Thanks for the responses! Saw a bit of foam, and a bit of the scum. However, the scum was probably because I moved the bucket to get a better view and it sloshed around a bit. But there was clearly a decent amount (maybe 1 inch deep) of foam. It really wasn't the impatience that was...

Did I ruin my first batch of beer? (Stuck Fermentation panic)

Made my first batch...a Belgian White. Had a "minor" error in that when adding the malt, I forgot to add the additional Corn Sugar. (not the priming sugar) and didn't realize it till the wert was cool. So I took 2 quarts of the cooled wert, re-boiled it, added the corn sugar...boiled and...
