    adding ginger & pepper

    I've had success with both ginger and black pepper in cider, I add 1 tablespoon of ground ginger or whole peppercorns to a 1gallon demijohn at the very start, could be a starting point for experimenting. I've never added both to one brew though (may give it a whirl) Texteditor

    Do I need to soak my brass fittings (mash tun) in vinegar?

    But, it's still machined with lead.! How?
