    Primed lager

    So I have now primed and bottled my lager, it is now sitting in a room at 20 degress C. How long should it be left there before moving to a cooler location to clear??

    Keg cooling

    Will be coming up to the stage of either bottles or kegging shortly, and can't decide which would be the best option. I would prefer to go for a keg, but the question is how do you keep it cold when in the keg. Short of a fridge to keep the keg in what else do people do??

    I have just started my frist batch of home brew all be it from a time. its is now sitting in the fermenting tub doing itsd thing. But from memory and I am going back a few years to when I was a lad and my dad brewed his own beer, the fermentation bucket my dad used had some sort of airlock...
