    I was going to get a standard food grade pump from northernbrewer. I was also thinking about getting a minibrew MLT. How hard would it be to wire the dimmer switch. Would I wire it to the switch that is already built in to the coffee pot?

    Is anything wrong with your cooler? I was wondering if you may be loosing temp. over the long mash. It probably isn't likely. Are you using a digital thermometer?
